CoreLogic September Home Value Index Report is out; here is the link to the full report.

I thought I’d share one graph from the HVI report the CoreLogic Team have put together. They have done a fantastic job representing the change in HVI since the recent lows. Additionally, they have arranged the CoreLogic September 2023 HVI results into a rolling three-month change in dwelling values for both the state capitals and regional areas. This allows you to easily compare each property market and gain insights into the trends across different regions. It's always interesting to see how the housing market evolves over time, and this graph provides a valuable visual representation of those changes. Stay tuned for our key tips from the report this week.
